Description:

SiCare 9960F1 is an elastomer gel in dimethicone based on PEG-10 Dimethicone/Vinyl Dimethicone Crosspolymer, an elastomer modified with polyethylene glycol chains. The hydrophilic PEG segments allow it to emulsify a water phase in oil, so it enables W/O emulsions while building their texture. Unlike SiCare 9960, it contains no PMSQ. It also thickens, forms a film and improves skin feel.

• The PEG-10-modified elastomer enables stable W/O emulsification.
• Builds viscosity in the oil phase and gives body to the emulsion.
• Forms a flexible film on the skin.
• Improves skin feel with a velvety slip.

Applications: W/O skin care and make-up emulsions requiring emulsification, thickening, film formation and better skin feel.
