Description:

SiCare 9966 is a Dimethicone/Vinyl Dimethicone Crosspolymer elastomer gel in dimethicone with a high solid content of 22%. The large amount of elastomer produces a strong mattifying effect and a velvety, springy, cushion-like feel. It covers fine lines, controls sebum and provides a moisturising feel. It works particularly well in lip products and pressed make-up.
