Description:

SiCare 9976 is a Dimethicone/Vinyl Dimethicone Crosspolymer elastomer gel in a dimethicone selected to give volatility similar to cyclopentasiloxane. It delivers the velvety matte typical of D5 gels, but without cyclic silicones. It provides a moist, light feel and absorbs sebum. It is a direct alternative for formulas from which D5 is being removed.
