Description:

SiCare 9816 is a water-dilutable suspension of Dimethicone Crosspolymer in a dimethicone carrier, stabilised with the anionic surfactant TEA-Dodecylbenzenesulfonate. It contains no cyclic silicones D4 or D5. The material gives a velvety feel that is moist yet powdery, forms a long-lasting film and mattifies the skin. It is designed for long-wear colour cosmetics as well as face and eye creams.

• D4/D5-free composition – the carrier is non-volatile dimethicone.
• Velvety, moist-powdery skin feel without a drying sensation.
• Forms a long-lasting film that extends make-up wear.
• Mattifies the skin and optically covers fine wrinkles.
• Reduces stickiness of formulas, which is particularly useful in lip gloss.

Applications: Long-lasting lip gloss, liquid eyeshadow, highlighter, face cream and eye cream.
