Description:
KOELOR-201 is the aluminium lake of Carmoisine (E-122, CI 14720) from Koel Colours Pvt. Ltd., giving a crimson-pink colour. It belongs to the group of EEC-listed colours that the manufacturer designates for cosmetics on the European market. Once precipitated on an alumina substrate the dye becomes insoluble, so it can be used as a pigment in powders, sticks and other bases where a soluble dye would migrate.
